In 2004, Sherzod Karimov graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law with a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree under the prestigious and very competitive Edmund S. Muskie Fellowship Program of the United States Department of State. His international work experience includes working as an in-house lawyer at a local branch of Korea Development Bank where he legally assisted the merger and acquisition process of two largest international banks and the opening of the on-shore account for multi-billion-dollar LNG project.
Currently, he actively involved in the civil litigation as a Plaintiff’s lawyer. He is very busy with reviewing personal injury cases, commencing actions in the Superior Court of Ontario, bringing motions, attending examinations for discovery, mediating and setting them down to Trials. He is also handling numerous accident benefits claims according to the Ontario Insurance Act and Statutory Accidents Benefits Schedule.
He is oriented to provide exceptional client service and to reach best settlements with Insurance Companies for the victims of the motor-vehicle, slip and fall, and other personal injury accidents.
